Blockbuster week of sales by Ballard Property
A packed auction room saw 46 bids on 56 Underwood St, Paddington until the successful sale to a young couple. Sam Towndrow and Clint Ballard ran a strong campaign, with over 170 groups through and 28 contracts released.
Also in Paddington, Mark Lowe sold 145 Hargrave Street, a grand Victorian terrace in a fantastic location between Woollahra village and Five Ways cafe and dining hub. Nearby, Mark and his team also sold 4 Figtree Lane, Woollahraas an off-market sale, continuing his excellent record of sales in the Paddington-Woollahra area.
James Ball and Shane Scicluna sold two neighbouring properties on Day Avenue, considered one of Kensington’s finest streets. The houses, 10 Day Ave and 11 Day Ave Kensington, are two of fifteen properties James and his team have sold in Kensington over the last two years.
In the heart of Coogee, Janice Tan and Robbie Thorncroft sold 16/114-116 Brook St at auction. With over 80 groups through, the property’s fantastic position proved popular, just a short walk to Coogee Beach.
Robbie also sold 9/54 Avoca St, Randwick in the popular area of Randwick close to Frenchmans Rd, with more than 50 groups through in the four open homes.
