About James Ball

Associate Director of Ballard Property, James Ball, began his career in real estate after completing a degree in Construction Management and Property Economics at UNSW. 

 

James quickly demonstrated his extraordinary understanding of successful property transactions, when in his first year in real estate he placed in the top 30 agents in Australia under 30. Within his first three years, James had personally sold in excess of $250m worth of property and set numerous suburb records on Sydney's eastern beaches. He set the Australian record for the highest price per square metre and the highest price ever achieved for a two bedroom apartment in Australian history. James continues to lead his team of dedicated industry professionals who sold in excess of 150 million dollars worth of property in 2019.

 

A specialist in coastal and parkside suburbs, consistency and long term connections with the local community are the crucial element of his extraordinary accomplishments. A lifelong resident of the Eastern Suburbs, James has an unrivalled appreciation for the area.
