With Finn from Ballard, that was different from the start. From the first private inspection request, Finn and the team were quick to reply and helpful in every way. He helped us secure the place, as well as lend an ear for any questions we had along the way. In short, he treated us like friends rather than a number, and that always wins in my book.

Once we got our rental, Jacklyn became our property manager and this often the point where service drops off, but not on this occasion.
