Amelia Jacobson Property Officer

With three years of property management experience in New Zealand, Amelia Jacobson brings a positive, practical and people-focused approach to her role as Property Officer at Ballard Property.

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager's, Amelia assists with the day-to-day management of their portfolio, including routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections, lease preparation, maintenance coordination and communication with landlords and tenants. She holds a New Zealand Property Manager’s Licence and is committed to continuing to build her knowledge of the local market. Approachable and dependable, Amelia aims to be someone clients and colleagues can trust to provide helpful advice and consistently follow through.

Since relocating to Sydney, Amelia has particularly enjoyed working across the Eastern Suburbs, where she appreciates the diverse community, beautiful architecture and variety of properties. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, swimming, walking, catching up with friends and discovering new places around Sydney.
