Coogee is a beachside suburb of local government area City of Randwick 8 kilometres south-east of the Sydney central business district. Slowly becoming Bondi’s biggest rival in size though still holding that ‘small town’ vibe.

Services

A popular beach for swimming but renown for its frightening shore breaks the bay is still sheltered from some of the roughest seas by Wedding Cake Island, a large rock mass visible from the beach.

With a wide selection of café’s and restaurants running along Coogee Bay Road and the new ‘Pavilion’ for those who enjoy beach side night life, Coogee attracts tourists alike from all over the globe.
