Born and raised in Waverley, Lachlan Sidoti brings strong local knowledge, energy and a genuine commitment to client service to his role as Leasing Manager at Ballard Property.

Having begun his real estate career at just 17, Lachlan has developed valuable experience across property campaigns, inspections, client communication and day-to-day coordination. His background in sales has given him a practical understanding of the importance of presentation, responsiveness and clear communication—qualities he now brings to every leasing campaign. Dependable and detail-focused, Lachlan is committed to making the leasing process smooth and straightforward for landlords and tenants alike.

Outside of real estate, Lachlan is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys running with the Sydney Run Club, spending time at Bronte Beach and learning to surf. He also has a keen interest in cars and enjoys fishing when he gets the chance.
